I’d say that’s a good enough reason to not want to go to sleep right? Cara’s scar was a little parting gift before things really hit the fan.

So much of this backstory has been stewing for a good couple of years, I have been waiting so long to reveal it DX and even now it’s a tease! Cara had a far from happy time when the war kicked off in the UK, so much was taken from her that day, it’s a little insight into why she seems so distant and bitter at the beginning of Tethered.

It takes a lot to get through to her, but Ed is chipping away a little bit at a time. He knows he can’t push her too much, he learnt that the hard way when she had a short fuse with him at the start.

When I began Tethered, I knew that Ed had to earn any sort of friendship with Cara, and in her eyes, he’s just another piece of equipment. For all we know, it could have been the robots that started the war :O *sniggers*
