How old is Mike anyway?
He’s 8 going on 9 :)!
He looked much older a couple strips back though (the one with the Black Mudpuppy plushie that I ABSOLUTELY NEED TO ADD TO MY BEDROOM), I guess because of the whole serious atmosphere of the strip itself?
Yea I think perhaps from his facial expression. Though Mike has had to grow up relatively quickly, he kinda acts ‘adult’, mostly because he’s not really been allowed a childhood. Though now and then when allowed too he does become a kid again 🙂
Kinda reminds me of Clementine from Telltale’s The Walking Dead ^^
Mike experiences everything through the filter of his imagination–thank goodness. 🙂
